Ms. Ritu Goyal, a Fellow Member of ICSI and has done Masters in Law. She has started her career as a responsible Corporate Governance Officer of entire group of one of the most reputed real estate companies. She is a regular speaker on various capacity building, self-awareness and Legal topics at various Multi-National Companies, Professional Institutes, Law Colleges and other Institutions. She is accredited for communications with Public Speaking and liaisoning with top management of big corporate houses, government and semi-government authorities.

Ms. Goyal joined NAKS & Partners, legal practitioner, as a Partner in 2016 and has vast experience of more than 15 years in Corporate & Civil Litigation, Contract Management, IPRs, Corporate Governance, Restructuring, Compliance, Finance, marketing & branding. She has served at the Board of renowned brands like Hero Cycles Ltd. etc. and has been serving as independent Director on the Board of some of the renowned brands in India like Optiemus Infracom Ltd., Skyweb Infotech Limited and others and has been member of various committees across big corporate houses including internal complaint committee formed under POSH laws for women. She is associated with various Non-Profit Organisations working for the upliftment of poor and needy people and a member of various clubs engaged in entertainment and knowledge sharing activities at large. Recently with the launch of Pink & Blue, a unit of Chamber of Professionals she has delved deeper into creating awareness and legally educating women regarding their rights at workplace.

Her name has also been included in various Popular national and international magazines such as "The 10 powerful women lawyers in 2018" by "Insight Success", "25 Most Influential Women to watch in 2022" by “Entrepreneur Insights” and acclaimed for providing a platform for emerging companies and business enterprises. In 2023, she has been awarded the “Rising Star Award” by Achromic Point.

As the Managing Director of A2Z Infra Engineering Ltd and A2Z Infraservices Ltd., Mr. Amit Mittal takes care of the management of all the operations of the Group. Mr. Amit Mittal has an illustrious academic background. He is a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.

Mr. Mittal has over 27 years of experience in project management and execution in Power, Infrastructure and Oil sector. Having begun his career in HPCL (Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited), he subsequently joined a consulting firm named Sapient Corporation. In the year 2009, he won the prestigious Ernst and Young award in the category of Start-up Entrepreneur of the Year.

Ms. Dipali Mittal serves as the Non-Executive Director of the Group’s flagship company – A2Z Infra Engineering Ltd and also as a full-time Director on the board of A2Z Infraservices Ltd. An MBA degree holder from the Indian Institute of Finance, New Delhi, she is responsible for the management of the finances, accounting and general supervision of the Group companies. Having worked in diverse industries, Ms. Dipali Mittal employs her industrious experience and knowledge to ensure efficient management within the Group.

Mr. Arun Gaur is a Senior Advocate serves as advocacy before Supreme Court, High Court and other courts. He is a versatile personality specialized in handling Legal Matters, he has approximately 25 years of experience as a Legal practitioner. He completed his B.Sc. (MD University), LL.B. (Delhi University) and member of Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana and registered with Supreme Court Bar Association, New Delhi. Mr. Gaur is the Senior Partner of Gaur & Associates and is widely regarded as amongst the most influential legal practitioners. Mr. Gaur has advised on a wide range of corporate and legal issues. Mr. Arun Gaur serves as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non Independent Director) on the Board of the Company.

Mr. Gaur’s practice includes advising domestic business houses, Banks and Government agencies on all aspects of legal and commercial laws and arbitration matters. He has established himself as a legal luminary in the Apex court and various High Courts. He advises to their clients on strategic decisions and sensitive commercial and legal issues.

Dr. Parmatma Singh Rathor, Qualified Cost Accountant, CA inter and graduated from University of Calcutta. Dr. Rathor is a motivational speaker and founder of Any Time Classes, a serial entrepreneur, investor, faculty of strategic management and cost accountancy, best-selling author of management books such as “Discover the Power within – Realize your Highest Potential”, life and business strategist and philanthropist. He has also served as a visiting professor at prestigious institutes such as the IIM, ICAI, ICMA, ICSI, Delhi University, etc. and has empowered more than 10 million people from over 20 countries around the world through his audio podcasts, educational videos, motivational videos and live seminars. He has also been awarded with “Best Leadership Trainer” award by Times of India and “leadership excellence awards” by the Kamdhenu Group. He has learnt practical Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Firewalk with Tony Robbins in Long Beach, Los Angeles, USA. He has also been honoured at the House of Commons in the British parliament, London, as the best international management guru and a Firewalk Trainer. He is also a TV host in “BODY TALK”, a popular show on a national channel. He has received various recognitions such as “Top 50 Business Intellectuals in the World” by the Bada Kadam Foundation, “Top 100 Business Guru’s by HRAI”, “Top Six Business Leaders in the world by Lal Singh Foundation”, “The Ved Prashar Award in the British Parliament”.

Dr. Rathor is involved in over 100 businesses, including private sector, public sector and startups. He has worked with Indian Police Officers (IPS), Bureaucrats, IAS, established Indian Business Houses, startups, royalty, CEOs of multinational corporations, and entertainers. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from IIT Roorkee, Mr. Manoj Tiwari holds a Diploma in Business Administration from IGNOU, New Delhi. He possesses 30 years of rich experience in various fields of Electrical Distribution such as meter testing, transformer testing, and Energy audit, implementation of IT, AMR in-substation monitoring & Projects of loss reduction. Before joining A2Z Group, he worked with Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL).

With valuable experience of 23 years in the EPC sector, Mr. Sanjeev Sharma oversees the functions of project management and execution of A2Z Infra Engineering Limited. Mr. Sharma is a Post-Graduate Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering from the YMCA Institute of Engineering, Faridabad. He has even served as an Executive Director of the Company.

Before completing his MBA from Vinayak Mission University, Mr. Chandar Prakash Sharma did his Bachelor of Commerce from the Maharishi Dayanand University. He has 34 years of experience of working in various industries. Before joining A2Z Group, Mr. C P Sharma had worked in different managerial positions in companies like DLF Universal Limited, Himachal Futuristic Communications Limited and Prithvi Info Solutions to name a few. He is responsible for managing corporate affairs in A2Z Infra Engineering Ltd.

Mr. Agarwal looks after all the legal matters and secretarial functions of the Group. In addition to holding an LLB from B.R. Ambedkar University in Agra, he is a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Mr. Agarwal possesses more than 16 years of experience in handling Legal issues, Corporate Secretarial functions, IPO, Governance matters, Legal and Regulatory Compliance, Liaison, Issuance of Securities, Mergers, Acquisitions and amalgamation.
