Mr. Rajiv Singh

Mr. Rajiv Singh has extensive corporate & investment banking experience having worked with leading banks like HDFC Bank, ANZ Grindlays Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and Kotak Investment Banking and dealing with both local corporates & MNC's across West & North India. He also brings hands on deal execution capability and enjoys working alongside the entrepreneurs on future growth strategies, new business ideas, corporate restructuring, and fund-raisings. He read Statistics from Hindu College, University of Delhi and completed his Masters in Business Administration specializing in Finance from FMS, MS University of Baroda.

Dr. Ashok Kumar Saini

Dr. Saini joined the Company in August 2006 and is responsible for managing the projects undertaken by the Company for transmission/distribution sector and biomass based Power Generation across the country. He has approximately 21 years of experience in the HVAC, Power Distribution and Electrical Industry. He has completed his Master of Engineering in Mechanical/Thermal Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering & PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Uttarakhand Technical University, Dehradun. Prior to joining us, Dr. Saini worked with Voltas Ltd and ETA Engineering Private Limited. He is a member of Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers and the Institution of Engineers (India) and fellow of the Institution of Engineers.

Mr Ajay Bajaj

He did his Diploma (Electrical Engineering)from Allahabad in 1975. Mr. Bajaj brings over 3 decades of experience in the power sector. Before joining A2Z Group, he was Chief Manager – (Contracts Services) of Power Grid Corporation Of India Ltd. and prior to that he was Manager in the same organization. He has an expertise and excellence in the planning, preparation, submission, evaluation to tender and placement of awards for 765/400/200KV Extra High Voltage Transmission Line, Sub-Station, Transformer, Reactors Cables Fiber Optics along with expertise in Techno Commercial Operations, Project Management, Site Management / Contract Administration, Erection & Commissioning, Process Engineering & Improvement, Manpower Management.

Mr. Rajesh Jain

Mr Jain is responsible for coordinating corporate relations among strategic business units. He has approximately 15 years of experience in the telecom and power industry. He completed his Master in Business Administration from Agra University. He became an Associate Member of the Institute of Companies Secretaries of India in 2010. Prior to joining us, Mr Jain was the Vice President Corporate Affairs at Teracom Limited.

Mr Sanjeev Sharma

Mr. Sharma has approximately 15 years of experience in project management and execution. Mr Sharma completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from YMCA Institute of Engineering, Faridabad. Prior from here, Mr Sharma was an Executive Director of the Company and was responsible for the execution of the different projects undertaken by the Company.

Col. Sanjiv Saklani

Col. Saklani has joined A2Z Infraservices as MD & CEO. He is a graduate with 21 years services in Indian Army. His previous assignment was with M/S BPTP as Head of Facilities. Prior to that he was with Tenon & Roto Power (M&E) as COO entailing leading Operations, Business Development, Support Functions such as HR, Procurement, Legal, Accounts etc. He was also associated with IPM&SL, a subsidiary of IL&FS as Country Head and Director of Overseas Company. The position involved both the Macro and Micro aspects of Management.

He expertises in heading SBUs. He is adept at setting up and managing the Profit Centre of Operations in Facilities Management space. He brings on board a rich 28 years of experience at various management positions.

Mr. Manoj Khetan

Mr. Manoj Khetan is a Chartered Accountant and is having about 23 years of experience in the field of finance and accounts. His last assignment was as Asst. Vice President (Accounts and Finance) Department , IndoRama Synthetics India Ltd. Nagpur and he is having very vide experience in Accounts , MIS, Budgeting, Excise, Custom, FTP, VAT, Income Tax, Insurance, Export Documentation, DGFT and its related work. Also led the Team to implement ERP (Ramco 3.1) and migrating SAP ECC- 6.0 from version 4.7 to make accounting IFRS compliant.

Mr Manoj Gupta

Mr Gupta is responsible for managing the overall functioning of A2Z Powertech. He has 13 years of experience in project management and execution. Mr Gupta completed his Bachelors in Commerce from Meerut University. Prior to joining us, Mr Gupta was an Executive Director of the Company and was responsible for the execution of different projects undertaken by the Company.
